Unsettled

On Monday, I didn't knit. Not a stitch. This is VERY rare for me as I am often found relaxing of an evening with a little background television and some knitting. What has got me out of my routine? HARRY! Damn it, I have to finish this book!

Please pretend to be impressed with the following pictures while I finish this bloody book.

This heap is my MS3 which I promise to return to this evening. I'd like to finish Chart E so I can allow myself to move on to Chart F on Friday. (Note: Don't forget to insert Melanie recommended lifeline.)

These are some man sized socks to be given away for Christmas.Regia Bamboo sock. This is the first of a pair that is now going to be Christmassed since I don't love and I think that someone should.

I'm almost done. Just a few more pages....

Excellent! All we have to do is write it, find a publisher and an illustrator (Amanda, are you available?) and then we can sit back and open that knitting shop/online business we've been dreaming of.

Any day now...

I volunteer to be your editor. And I will illustrate if you are in favour of a stick person motif!

Thanks, Sarah! Maybe you could guest write a chapter. We're equal opportunity authors.

Am I the only one on the planet who hasn't read that bloody book yet? No spoilers, please...

And your sock model is to die for. Is she for hire?

Oh, and I too will offer my services as editor. I will work for yarn.

This book is really coming together! All we have to do is write. And find a host for our book launch.

My model does do some outside work but her godfather is a lawyer and most contracts have to go through him. (Hi, Uncle Mark!)

Heck - Sarah and Andi- you could both write your own chapters. Sarah can write a chapter on how to rope people into evil knitting events (ie. MS3) and Andi you can write about how to nurse and knit at the same time (if only, eh??).

I'll be your host for your book launch. My price is hand knit sox, mits, a touque, a winter scarf and a fancy black scarf. By the way T, how are my sox coming...
